Easy and fast

I never received my doctors note or the prescription that was stated I will receive.

I used this service due to a red itchiness on my legs that seemed to be getting worse over a year. I had worried about using a small screen to show a skin issue, but it was totally fine. The doctor was polite and asked a lot of questions to fully understand the condition. She explained her diagnosis and treatment recommendation. She put the prescription in at my pharmacy. It's been a week since my appointment and I am almost completely better. I wish I had done this sooner! I have been recommending to all my friends. I previously hadn't sought help because the hassle and anxiety of going to a doctor and this was so easy. I made the appointment that day and the whole thing didn't take more than 20 minutes. Unlike the doctors office which is a 40 minute drive and insane wait times once there. Fantastic service!

Great service

This helped me a great deal and I am sure I will use it again before the pandemic is over, especially as I am moving across country away from my current local therapist. My local therapist could not be contacted for 3 months and I had to impose on Hospice Grief Services to keep from total despair. I only wish this had been available 3 years ago to help my mother in her sadness. I will be using you again in about a month. Thank you.

As someone with RA, I've found the doctors at MDLive to be very responsive and concerned about other infections that would impact me negatively. Their concern and proactive approach is great!
