I was very impressed with the immediate…
I was very impressed with the immediate help I was given and the doctor who prescribed medicine for the pain I was experimenting. It was very helpful and I would use MDLIVE again. Thank you.

Had to pay twice for same problem
I was diagnosed with UTI and instead of giving antibiotics right away, as I asked, the first doc only gave me a pain killer. I had to pay for ANOTHER visit a couple days later for the same problem and pay for more drugs. They did not tell me I could have contacted customer service and speak to a nurse to avoid the payment To another doctors again.
