They were great very helpful

This program is sponsored through BCBS Texas which is my insurance. I had an ear problem (Waxy Ear). I scheduled the appoint via the insurance website.. which was way easier than some of the other reviewers who had to register and etc. The process was very easy. It gave me a bunch of time slots and a bunch of doctors to pick from. I picked an evening time. Then they send you a text to prep you for the meeting. Simple things like making sure your camera and your microphone are working. When the time of the appointment comes near, they send you another text to get ready and login a few mins prior to your appointment. When the actual MD came, she asked me a few questions. She was paying attention and answered all my questions. Unfortunately for me there was nothing she could prescribe (which is what I wanted, honestly because I didn't want to go to an actual doctor). So even though she couldn't prescribe me any medications for my ear to loosen the earwax. She recommended that i go to urgent care and get it taken care of. Anyway point of this review is that it was quick and easy process, and id definitely do it again if i got a cold or something.

Quick, efficient quality care. I was very pleased with how easy it was to use and the knowledge of the physician.

Call back time was fast, doctor was great. Service is wonderful. I love Humana and MDLIVE.

I love MDLIVE simple to use and the Doctors are great at providing informative accurate information.

This is a great idea for an app for the current world we live in. It would be nice to not have such a long wait time for video chat (only because I'm a truck driver and can't wait around that long sometimes), but I completely understand why. All in all, this saved me a ton of time (and money) to go this route. Keep up the good work!

I need help because I always get stuck where it says to import medicine kit, which I do not have nor do I know how to find it/use it? Then I can’t finish confirming my appointment
