Great service!

This is such a great service (offered to me free from my employer) because it encourages people like me who normally push off seeing medical help for small to medium issues to actually get help before an issue worsens. It saves both time and money by not having to travel to a practice or clinic, wait to be seen, etc. Instead, I schedule a time in advance and then take a 5-10 minute video chat. I’ve used it twice and been able to get simple prescriptions and advice that have helped me get back to normal without ever having to physically visit the doctor.

Great, nice and patient doctor

This experience was perfect. I would have had to drive all over town looking for a clinic to go to or drive an hour to my old doctor's office just to get a prescription refilled. The doctor was patient, courteous and knowledgeable.

In less than 30 minutes, I was able to register as a new user, spoke to a great doctor, and prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. My doctor was an excellent listener and enlisted my thoughts around the proposed treatment. She advised me of when/how to contact her again if the treatment was not effective. Great experience overall! Thank you for offering this important service that preserved my safety but also allowed me to get medical attention.

It was easy, quick and I was able to get taken care of. I would def use this again if my insurance keeps this option.

Once I entered my information in the app, I received confirmation of my appointment very quickly. I liked that it gave me a time and even the number that would be calling. I was told it would be 15 minutes. Dr called, asked good questions, gave clear instructions and was very nice. Best of all, it only took about 5 minutes for her to call and the call was about 5 to 7 minutes long. When you are sick, minutes count! I've already shared my good experience with a few co-workers & a friend. Thank you!

Excellent experience getting the help I needed. Will definitely use again.
