I went to do my lab test ,they can't do…
I went to do my lab test ,they can't do it because it was missing lot a information like Dr tlf number Fax number Provider address and Lab code number ,so they didn't make ,so I send a message a didn't get any response ,

It was easy to "check-in" and I appreciated the phone or video option. I chose the phone option and spoke to a provider within 5 minutes. I also appreciate the opportunity to upload a photo. The provider was helpful and informative. She did not just prescribe a medication. She was right - I did not need it.
