I was able to get on website easily and was given clear instructions of when doctor would be available. Unfortunately I could not do facetime with doctor as 8 couldn't figure it out but the doctor called immediately. I sent pictures of my eye and she prescribed the meds to the pharmacy I suggested. Everything went well and I felt as if the doctor was grest.

Saved me a ton of time! Didn't have to ask my boss for time off - was able to get the visit done within the confines of my 1/2 hour lunch!

The Doctor was very attentive to my issues and prescribed medicines that had me back to normal in 2 days! Her understanding and caring nature was greatly appreciated! She helped me feel so much better considering I had a throat issue while COVID-19 is all over in my community. She took the time to assure I would be okay and infection on my tonsils was not a part of the corona virus. Thank you so very much for everything! I am feeling so much better!

It was very convenient to receive consultative advice from a Doctor over the phone. I appreciated avoiding going into an office risking exposure to others. The doctors inpatient behavior was a little disappointing but I am associating it to a very busy work schedule and increased demand for his services. Praying all physicians get much needed rest as they continue to treat patients in the unprecedented time.

After a quick chat, I knew the route I needed to take. My concerns were put away.

I've had no issues with the psychiatrists I've dealt with in real life through my provider, but beware the kind of people that MDLive employs. The psychiatrist they provided me with went against everything my previous psychiatrists told me, started rambling about crackpot theories concerning soy being a tool of dictators like Hitler and Stalin, and tried to get me to buy her self-published book on weight loss even though I'm not having weight issues. The appointment was over a small increase in anxiety. Afterward I had a panic attack over the stress of the horrible, awkward appointment and being told I was bipolar despite none of my other psychiatrists even suggesting anything like that. I ended up missing a day of work trying to get myself together and doing loads of research about the condition because I was tearing myself up inside over doubting my own sanity. I tried to take it up with MDLive customer service over email but it's been over a week and they never responded. I'm sure there are good professionals on the service, but it's a complete coin toss as to whether or not you will get scammed and the company couldn't care less if you do. I'm out $250 for one appointment with someone who was more worried about her pseudo-science book sales than customer safety.

Both Doctors, Specialists were very thorough in the greeting, explaining, review, etc. My psychiatrist wrote me prescriptions that I'm taking now. I will get back with you later.

I woke up with an abscessed tooth and was able to contact MDLIVE to call in an antibiotic immediately. I am between dentists and this was very helpful and I will always use MDLIVE when possible.
