I needed medical attention for a small infection from a bee sting. My provider was informative, caring, personable, and responsive. In less than one hour, treatment was provided that eventually resolved the problem, saving me a trip to the ER, waiting, and dealing with paperwork. All around, a great experience. Thanks!

My experience with MDLive was great. I was able to speak with a coordinator right away, the process of getting set up for the call took several minutes but was not too long, and I received a call from the MD very quickly, and even faster than the projected wait time. The MD was professional and efficient and I received what I needed right away. My situation was not complicated, but everything still went more smoothly than I had expected. I definitely will use this resource again.

Just saw a doctor for the first time on MDLive. It was easy to setup. Just like going to a doctor's office for the first time, there are a few "forms" to fill out, but it seemed like less than the typical paperwork. I did the virtual video which worked out well. I could have done telephone only, but I opted for video since the wait time was the same. Doctor was nice. Asked good question and we came up with a treatment plan. I would definitely do this again in the future.
