I spoke to a lovely person who listened to me and understood my situation. She even had a sense of humour. I enjoyed our brief and concise chat! I was told I'd get a call back, and I did. And straightaway. The Dr. was personable and respectful and asked all the right questions to ascertain the best outcome. From my initial call to the finish was probably under 40 mins. My script at the pharmacy of my choice in under 2 hours. I think i already filled out a review, but am happy to do it again. 5 stars well earned!

The physician empathized with my pain/irritation and proposed 2 prescriptions which i have been taking. Rash is cleared up! I'll use MDLive again!

I have had multiple bad experiences with the MDLive platform and would not recommend using it. The first problem I encountered was when I had a doctor's appointment. The doctor suggested I follow up with him and the only way to do that is through the platform. I did so, but never got a response on which course of action to take. This rendered the original appointment worthless and I ended up having to see another doctor outside the platform to take care of my health issue. Second problem happened when a doctor had to cancel our appointment. She asked if I could reschedule for a specific day. There was no way to respond to her via the platform. I even called tech support and they agreed there was no way to respond. I had to go through creating an appointment from scratch, go through all of the doctors, hopefully, find her and select her. But even though I was able to request and appointment this way, I could not message her at all. And lastly, I believe they violated my privacy by sharing all of my medical appointments with a health care provider who I don't think had any business looking at my other appointments. There was no reason for her to have access to that information. I do not believe this company respects the patient experience or privacy concerns.
