This is the best experience I've had with medical care in a long time. I realize if I had an imminent health issue that being seen in person by a physician would be best. However, many time we have a commonly occurring ailment that can be diagnosed simply with little to now risk. Then prescribed solutions to common problems can be attained quickly and easily. I've used MDLIVE on 3 occasions in the last 5 months and each time I was on screen with a doctor within 20 minutes. They call any prescribed meds directly to the pharmacy in the grocery store where I shop. All this without having the inconvenience of dealing with a doctors office their unpredictable schedules, chances of exposure to who knows what. Let's not forget the constant pleasure of dealing with the staff at a doctors office which are in many cases rude, inefficient and create a firewall between doctors and the patients that need their care. My doctor was very helpful and verbally walked me through the process of obtaining a Medical Certificate, even though I could not be given one virtually. Great experience!

Needed to call twice. First time medicine didn’t help. But on the second time the doctor did help because she prescribed the right medication. Both calls were very fast and easy. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

The process was quick and easy. I got a return call in less than 15 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and I had full confidence in his advice. I had a prescription in hand in about an hour. Days later, I feel great. It was very cost effective since we are on the high deductible insurance. I will be using this program again! My one suggestion be is to go ahead and download the app before you request your call. It is just much simpler than flipping between the emails, phone etc. I thought I'd have time between the request and the call...but they are so efficient that I didn't. 😁
