I received a quick response and the prescription given resolved the issue. Dr. was professional and listened to my concern. The connection made it sound like we were in a echo box, but I could still hear clearly and glad I got issues resolved. Prescription sent directly to the pharmacy and there were text messages to inform me along the way. I did not have to wait long to get prescription. All very efficient. I will use again.

I thought I might be experiencing symptoms of Lyme's disease and requested an appointment with the first available doctor. I was contacted within 15 minutes and the doctor reviewed my symptoms and history with respect to tic-infested areas. She was thorough and communicated very clearly about each of the symptoms I had as compared to Lyme's disease. After weighing all the factors, I agreed completely with her conclusion that Lyme's was unlikely at this point and took her recommendations to wait a few days and if no improvement, to contact my primary. I was happy with the outcome, because if antibiotics were prescribed unnecessarily, I would definitely experience the many side effects they have. Happy to say all symptoms passed within a week as the doctor had predicted.
