Good service
My first phone appointment was Cancelled 5 minutes before it was to happen. I had picked that provider based on his profile, so was disappointed. However, when I went online and picked “next available provider”, I was very happy with my visit. I have a complicated history and can’t take a lot of medications with ones I’m already on. The doctor asked questions and found an antibiotic that would not interact with what I’m on. The follow up paperwork was informative. My only complaint was the call quality was very scratchy and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself.

Great concept - but how accurate can this be?
I think the convenience was fantastic. The interaction from the Dr. was OK. I did not feel they could accurately diagnose the situation without seeing me in person.

The physician that I had was caring
