Avoided Urgi Care with just a phone call
The doctor asked me about my medications, allergies and went over my health complaint. I felt taken care of and in good hands, especially when my phone accidently hung up and he was on the ball and called me back so fast! He made sure I knew how to be comfortable until I could get to the pharmacy too. It was a great experience.

Life and death
The talk with the doctor good however when I went to pick up my medicine I was denied do to clarity on the doctor instructions thankfully I found a primary doctor and now I'm receiving my prescriptions that I need to save my life or extend it a little longer

My experience was good. This was the first time to use MDLive. The only thing was the video didn't work.

It was easy to make an appointment and…
It was easy to make an appointment and I was contacted by the doctor within 10 minutes. The doctor had good listening skills and explained the course of treatment clearly. I received confirmation of my prescription being sent to the pharmacy as the call ended. I'll definitely consider using this service again.
