I had an abscessed tooth. They called me in ten minutes. Dr was very pleasant listened to my concerns. Gave me advice and called in a prescription. Would definitely use again.

I had some pain and I planned to see a doctor the next day so I went online to check my insurance beforehand. I saw this seeing doctor online thing and at 10 pm there were doctors available. I decided to give it a try and in 5 minutes a doctor called me and had an online chat with me. We were done in 10 minutes and the doctor sent the prescription to my local store. At 10 am on the next day it was available for pick-up. So, in 12 hours time frame I saw a doctor and got my prescription. Amazing!

The doctor I got was excellent. This whole call went beyond my expectations. He had years of experience, immediately understood my medication side effect problem, explained the options I had available. He asked for a photo of my swollen feet, and immediately after looking at them told me I should immediately check into the emergency room. Which I did . He explained it was pointless to wait for an office visit because the hospital had all the staff, the equipment, and the ability to operate if that would be necessary. He made me realize this seriousness of the swollen feet and medication side effects, and the possibility of liver, kidney, or gallbladder organ failure. I really appreciated his blunt but honest, the super quick accurate assessment, his professional demeanor, and also the fact he did not make me panic or get toooo excited. 20 minutes after the phone call I was in the emergency room at St Joseph hospital in Tucson Arizona. They determined after a blood draw and ultrasound that I was having an extremely severe reaction to the steroid prednisonem (60 mg. daily for the last 4 weeks). The ER doctor (Patel MD) prescribed a diuretic and also told me to immediately get in touch with my primary care physician. Overall this was an outstanding call, got me to act in the best way for my medical interests, and I really thought overall this was an outstanding phone call.

Told the dr. That I could not take imitrex pills. That it had to be the injections. And he totally ignored me
