Everything was really great. It was quick and easy, very straight forward. I received text alerts as to when the doctor would be calling. The whole registration process and speaking to the doctor was a total of about 15 minutes. It saved me time away from work and got me the medicine I needed to get better. It was a great experience!

The doctor I spoke with was great! I had a uti and he ordered an antibiotic. He even suggested my pcp order an ultrasound of my ovaries after I told him about months of painful flank pain. Turns out I have a large mass and my pcp never thought of it. I’m so thankful for my visit with the mdlive doctor.

I was charged 30 days after my initial consultation in which I did not authorize. A claim was never submitted to my insurance company and I am covered 100. I have been told my 3 different representatives I will get a call in 24 hours from a supervisor and have heard from absolutely no one

I had a brief consult with a MDLIVE physician who claimed he was unable to prescribe the medication I needed. I called their help number and asked if I would be charged for the consult, and I was told no, but a few days later the $55 charge appeared on my CC account. I called two more times over the next few weeks and each time I was assured that the charge would be credited but nearly two months later, the charge was still on my account. I have since disputed the charge with my CC company but I expect MDLIVE will find some way to justify billing me and keep my money. Update: I finally received the credit I was promised. I'm not sure if they're just really slow issuing credits or if the dispute I filed with my credit card company got the job done but the matter is settled now. It's unfortunate that I had to fight so hard to get satisfaction though. I had high hopes for this service but after this experience, I'll probably avoid using it. Live and learn I guess...
