I called because i got a cold from my granddaughter it was going right to my chest and i know when that happens it gets bad so i call my insurance and they recommend you guys. It didn't take long before i got a dr she called me in prescriptions and this cold didn't go into my lungs so bad this thime. I will use you again. Very happy with your service.

The doctor was very understanding to my situation and explained to me what I needed to do.

I was seeing a private counselor to deal with some stress issues after my wife was diagnosed with a terminal illness. I then realized that the services were offered free of charge via my company's EAP. Arranging for an experienced counselor through MDLive was easy and hassle free. The sessions are provided through video conference or phone, whichever is more convenient. The counselor that was assigned to me was very professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. I would highly recommend this service provided by MDLive.

I contacted MDLIVE for the first time on Friday. I had a prompt call-back by a physician, and she was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened carefully to my symptoms, asked thoughtful questions, and provided me with a plan of action. She let me know that she was available to talk again the next day if I felt that a follow-up was needed. It was comforting to know that during these strange times I could reach out for help without leaving home, and to feel that the call had been worthwhile and provided me with the answers I needed.

I was so happy to be able to do MD live just wish the dr had been a little more informative on what to do or not do, tell me what he thought I had, asked for pictures...wanted to know if I had sent pictures, had no idea to do.that or how.....now going to dr today....

My therapist was very nice and the process was easy!
