I had the beginnings of a UTI. I went to BCBS on line to register and speak to a physician. Registering was fairly simple and i know that i will not have to fill that out everytime here after. The program assisted me throughout and my concerns were address very quickly. My co-pay was taken without any problems and I was notified that a physician would be calling me within moments. True to that, a physician called and took a little more info and gave some advice. She confirmed my pharmacy and e-mailed my Rx immediately. I highly recommend using BCBS online physician service and as for my family it will now be our first step to our healthcare.

Excellent experience! I avoided a visit to my PCP because of our pricey copay and was anticipating minimal help for my issue. I tried MD live as an alternative and received better than expected advice and care. The doctor really listened and explained things thoroughly. Plus, I avoided the time and risk of an in-person appointment. Highly recommend.

First experience but felt I was treated with respect. I also know the doctor prescribed what my doctor would have prescribed if I had gone in to his office. So, very positive experience.
