First time I contacted to make an appointment, it was quick, friendly customer service. Within 15 minutes a doctor contacted me was very thorough and prescribed appropriate medication. I was amazed to say the least. Very happy with the service and so glad I joined.

I thought the appointment I had with Dr. Webster went well. He was courteous. He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted. His comments were reasoned and clearly stated. My reason for asking for a consultation was to get another opinion about my concerns. His opinion on my concerns was similar to my primary doctor. I know what they both want me to do going forward. I am thankful for MD live, in my case,a second opinion helps me understand the thinking of the doctors and my restlessness about my concern is allayed.
