I was surprised how quickly I was connected to a physician for a virtual visit. She understood my issue and was able to prescribe medication and other treatment that was very helpful. If this were not available, I would have had to go to an urgent care to get my health emergency solved.

Dr. Stein was very thorough and very helpful in diagnosing my shingles. Started me on medication right away and helped ease my concerns about it. She was excellent!

Easy as can be courteous and take care of business

This is a wonderful service that I would highly recommend to others. The physician that I met with showed empathy and made every effort to closely “examine” my skin issue using my phone camera and good lighting. Given the pandemic, I would have refrained from going to an ER and, as it turned out, I needed antibiotics ASAP. Within 1 hour of my initial contact with MD Live, I had met with the physician virtually and picked up my prescription from the pharmacy - all in the evening when my family practice doctors office is closed. Excellent outcome!

The app was easy to use and responses were professional and caring. The $49 fee was affordable. The emergency physician was easy to speak with. His "bedside manner" was appropriate and cordial.
