Talked to a doctor quickly (they called me back). after a few important background questions, she prescribed me medicine. so in like 10 minutes (including wait time), my prescription was on the way to my local pharmacy and I saved tons of time....and my insurance covered it 100%.

This was a quick efficient way to see a Doctor. The Dr. was very professional. The only down side was I could not have the prescription sent to my pharmacy of choice. It had to be one on their list.

Very convenient and easy to use. I didn't have to drive to urgent care or see my doctor to get a prescription. I was able to speak to a doctor on the phone within minutes of setting up online. You can also choose to do a video or phone consult. I am doing better after a few days. It gave me a peace of mind that I have the medication I needed and that I did not need to go to the ER.

The doctor was very polite and professional and it was easy to use the service.

I usually have great luck with the physicians at MDLIVE, however, my last 2 interactions have not been so great. The physicians were nice and service was prompt, however I don't feel like they really listened to me. I had symptoms of UTI/bladder infection. I have this about once a year and explained to both of the physicians who contacted me that in the past, when I have been given antibiotics, i end up needing treatment for 7-10 days before the infection clears. The 1st physician ordered Bactrim for 5 days and the 2nd physician ordered it for ONLY 3. Needless to say, the infection did not clear up and I'm having symptoms again.

Once you get your personal and medical info set up, everything else is quick and easy. Plus it was free with my insurance! I would highly recommend.
