Feeling not quite secure enough to go to urgent care, gave MDLIVE a try. Fantastic experience with Dr. Alsip! Asked me questions and listened to everything I said. Patient and informative. Thank you MDLIVE and Doctor Alsip. I highly recommend this service. No worry about exposure to the “virus” or anything else. My insurance even covered the entire cost!

I really like MDLive very convenient…
I really like MDLive very convenient especially with all that’s going on just wish I could have got a 90 day supply of meds like last time!

The physician I spoke with seemed…distracted
The physician I spoke with seemed distracted when I spoke to her about my broken arm. I had all my information ready and organised to give a brief description of my issue, but she constantly interrupted me and asked me to start over and repeat myself. If she had just listened for 20- 30 seconds, I would have been able to give her all the information she needed. I think it might have helped if she was taking notes. Eventually she just told me to go to Urgent Care, which wasn't that helpful since they were all closed and don't have x-ray facilities.
