Very impressed
I set up my profile, gave my symptoms. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. The doctor was very helpful and professional. Prescribed me a prescription

Some providers are better than others but, as a whole, the bedside manner could use some work
I made an appointment because it seemed like I could be developing some kind of an infection and, due to quarantine orders, I was not able to go anywhere to verify this. The first doctor I had was nice enough but almost too eager to write me my prescriptions so he could hang up. It wasn't a huge deal because the prescriptions went out promptly. Unfortunately, some of the useful info (like a phone number the pharmacy could link to me) was left out on the other end. This meant that the automated service my pharmacy uses was showing 0 prescriptions for me when I called to see if they were ready but, they were there when I got through to the pharmacist.
A few days later, I called for a follow up on how I was responding to the medication (because disclaimers read that this service does not replace a doctor's visit; plus, those were the follow up instructions I was given) and had a fairly poor experience overall.
First of all, my scheduled appointment did not connect properly. I waited on the site for almost 10mins, until the designated time, and the camera turned on; I awkwardly sat there, staring at myself, until it randomly closed out the screen.
Secondly, when the automated number called to reschedule with the next available provider I opted for the phone appointment this time (to avoid a repeat of whatever just happened), but they almost immediately, and unexpectedly patched me through to another video consultation so I was not ready and awkwardly trying to get situated.
Everything (from a technical standpoint) worked just fine but I was paired with a provider who came off super patronizing and spent more time speaking over me than providing any useful information.
At first he seemed to be listening but then it was his turn to talk and he launched into a downplaying of my symptoms and potential condition. I know I don't have a medical degree so I can only speculate, and I did call a symptom by the wrong name at one point, but he kept interjecting (trying to guess what each symptom MIGHT mean and pretty much telling me I did not know what I was talking about) to where I repeatedly lost my train of thought and left out half of my symptoms/what I wanted to ask.
It felt like a giant waste of $80 to have someone treat me like an idiotic hypochondriac and then say, yeah, maybe go see someone in-person since you're PROBABLY not contagious.

The second time I tried MDLive was much…
The second time I tried MDLive was much better than the first. The first time I tried to get on a pop-up box said it would cost $82 to talk to a doctor. That was in the daytime. The second time I tried no such box popped up. I got to talk to a doctor within 10 minutes of requesting one. I don't understand the difference; was it due to the time? I would appreciate an explanation for this.

I've never know any medical place to…
I've never know any medical place to refuse you services and this place makes up who they will treat and not if you're going to offer services for certain types of illnesses then do that but to be told they won't treat you with a uti and it says they do and leave you infected especially in these times is not okay...

Video Doc inline of Urgent Care
This was only my second experience with a video medical appointment. in this case the need didn't require my PCP so I went with the "pool" of docs available and my pre-screening answers clearly directed me to a physician appropriate for my ailment.
Because of the screening info requested and shared I felt comfortable that advice I'd be given would be appropriate to my circumstances. The whole call took less time then it would have taken me to drive to an Urgent Care facility and get checked in, let alone seen. And I did all this from the comfort of my home.
I can see this as a great tool to deal with many issues that previously would have taken me out of the house.
