The process was quick and simple. There was hardly any wait time and my prescription was sent immediately to my pharmacy. Being able to upload an image of the troubled area was also very efficient. Not having to sit in a Dr.'s office was such a stress relief for my and my family.

Signing up for my account was a bit lengthy, but the person that helped me through it was amazing!! Very thorough professional and polite. Explained things if I didn't understand and seemed very knowledgeable in the medication and names of them. Dr. was connected very quickly and I received a prescription.

I injured my knee and the doctor gave me helpful suggestions on where to go and what to do. The solutions were covered by insurance and/or very cost effective.

This was the most efficient medical appointment I ever had! I set up the appointment online for a phone call. I didn't have to wait but 5 minutes before I was talking to a doctor who was both sympathetic and helpful with my UTI. She listened well and was a great problem solver, not only calling in a prescription but offering advice as I heal. I was in a pinch because I couldn't get into my doctor for days, and I was miserable. I have anxiety due to germaphobia, so going to urgent care during a pandemic is extremely problematic. I would do this again in a heartbeat!!
