I was charged a copay when I shouldn't have been according to my insurance company. The process for MDLive to investigate the discrepancy and process a refund apparently can take 30-45 days. Their front-line support should be able to investigate whether or not insurance has paid the claim in full.

Easy to use, short wait time (under 5 minutes), the doctor was professional and listened to me, prescriptions called in within minutes after the call and I am on my way to recovery.

Needed medical assistance and the whole experience from the operator to the consultation with the doctor went smoothly and all were very supportive and understanding. Thank you.

This was an amazing option for me for health care. I bit of a wait but they call you. I did receive updates while I was waiting, so excellent at communication. The doctor I spoke w was kind and listened to my whole description of what was going on. He provided me w excellent information and made sure I understood everything as well. He called in a RX to my pharmacy and off I went. Again what a wonderful service I really appreciated this option.

MDLIVE was fast, efficient and very helpful. The Doctor I spoke with was great. The only problem I had was getting registered online. But a REAL person came on the line and she was able to assist me. Within 20 minutes of starting, I was speaking to a doctor.

This was the most effective appt I could have imagined. No wait time, the medicine was sent directly to my pharmacy, all safely and away from covid exposure when I needed it the most. I was pleasantly surprised and very greatful for this care option. It was really perfect for my situation.
