My experience with MD live was excellent. I didn't have to wait long for the Dr and he was courteous. He got right to the point and went over my symptoms and diagnosed my problem, then sent a script to my pharmacy. So much easier than going to urgent care and waiting for a long time in a waiting room.

The first doctor I was connected to declined to assist me. I'm not sure why. It was clear that my problem was shingles but she said the marks didn't look like it to her, from the pictures. It is hard to get a good pic of your own back but I tried! I wanted to get some acyclovir started as soon as I realized what I had because you need to start it within 72 hours of onset. Anyway, the next doctor was very helpful and got me a prescription. My shingles never advanced beyond 5 pox marks and most of the pain has gone, 3 weeks later. Without the acyclovir, it may have been worse. I'm very grateful for her good attitude and the prescription.
