I'm so grateful for MDLive. My daughter decided to make an early appearance in January, and because she is so small, we've been trying to avoid getting out too much for the time being. I was having a skin issue I was concerned about and was able to send a picture, talk to a doctor, and get the prescription I needed without having to get my little girl out. I will definitely be using this service in the future!

I was pleased with how fast someone could hear my symptoms and order the necessary prescriptions for me. It helped a lot, when it would have been very difficult to have an in-person appointment somewhere on such short notice.

It was my first time to use MDLIVE, as directed on the SCAN website. The receptionist was pleasant, respectful, and efficient in registering me. Once registered, I was very pleasantly surprised to be able to talk to a Doctor within five minutes! Doctor Lopez was also very pleasant and efficient in answering all my questions about the Covid vaccines as they related to me. I would not hesitate to use MDLIVE again, and refer my friends as well.

This was my first time using a doctor over the phone/internet. The whole process was quick and easy. The physician I spoke with listened to everything I said, asked questions, was understanding - will be using again for minor illnesses.

I was experiencing post Covid issues and wasn’t sure if it was something to be concerned about. It was after office hours so I opted for an MDLive visit. The young lady who took my initial information was very compassionate and thorough. She very patiently stayed on the phone and helped me though some computer issues on my end. In less than 10 minutes I was speaking with Dr Younes. He attentively listened to my symptoms and provided as thorough of an exam as if I were in his office. He suggested that I go to the ER to rule out any possibility of a pulmonary embolism. Thankfully I was able to know that everything was clear after going to the ER. I am grateful that he took the time and helped me rule out any potential life threatening issues. I highly recommend MDLive

The doctor was very, very good and personable. He intervention was within 5 minutes that i received a call from the doctor. I’ve recovered about 90% but sure I will be fine.
