When I developed a severe sinus infection and was In a position that I could not take time away from work, MDLive afforded me the ability to perform a conference call where I spoke with a qualified physician to receive healthcare advice that headed me toward a road to recovery .

My provider was very efficient and knowledgeable

The whole process was fast and professional, only problem I encountered was couldn’t video but the dr. Phoned me. He listened to my symptoms and had me send him pictures. He prescribed medication and within 7 days the problem resolved. Was very happy and so much more convenient. I would definitely recommend

My choices were limited to waiting until the following morning to schedule a virtual appointment with my doctor or waiting for a virtual appointment through my local pharmacy. That’s when my husband suggested checking to see if my new insurance plan included a 24 hour call line. Upon explaining my situation, the nurse referred me to MDLIVE, which is covered on my insurance plan. No more than thirty minutes had passed from the time I called the nurse line until after I’d spoken with the doc on MDLIVE and was on my way to the pharmacy for my prescription. The nurse and doc on MDLIVE were kind and easy to talk to. They took care of me! MDLIVE is a super service, and I will take advantage of their care and expertise again if the need arises.

You guys are Awesome!! Needed meds ordered, Scan Dr wouldn't answer phone. The Dr ordered my meds and sent them to a local pharmacy. A great experience!!
