I say average because I would have gotten the same care and service anywhere I went, I believe. However, I was upset that the fees were $82 out of pocket. I used this service because my employer was touting this as a great benefit. After using this service - unfortunately it was after - I checked around and found the same telemedicine-type service through my local hospital for half the price. Same care/service for half the price... I'll go through my local hospital next time.

I needed a note to be excused from work after having the 2nd dose of the Moderna vaccine for Covid 19. We are new to the insurance program & I had to register & get an appointment to talk to the Dr. Everyone was extremely helpful & friendly! I’ve never had a better experience with an insurance program!

I scheduled a cosnult online, and received a call within 5 minutes. A short conversation, explaining my symptoms, and ruling out possible causes. Then MDLive phoned in a prescription for me.

Fast Easy process. Got someone right away the Dr heard me out looked at me and advised his diagnosis, Prescription was ready from my Pharmacy in 30 Mins.

This was my first time using this service, and the process was easy and fast. Customer service was very efficient and the Doctors teleconference was fast and accurate.

Service was fast but was turned down over UTI. Guess my fever was cause of it idk. Last UTi was no problem getting meds. Very disappointed with this as my husband has cancer and we don't get out no where because of virus!

I didn’t have to wait for hours like at the emergency room. I talked to a doctor and received my prescription fast.

Great service! I schedule an appointment and it went immediately through. After a couple of minutes I was talking with an MD. He provided a great input and my treatment started right away.
