I had never done a video dr. visit before but when I woke up early with a very large, silver dollar sized bug bite on my arm that was very red, warm to the touch and had a raised knot, I called my insurance company's 24-7 nurse hot line. After several questions, the RN asked if I wanted a video visit with a dr. and I thought, why not since it was to early to call my primary care physician. I had to fill out some paperwork and download a photo of my arm but then everything was quick and easy. A prescription for antibiotic cream was sent to the pharmacy of my choice and 3 days later, my arm is almost back to normal. MDLIVE was a great choice for my non-emergency situation that still needed to be addressed. I would use this service again.

this was the 2nd time we have used MD Live and we are very pleased with the process. Also, the attending Dr. has the ability to write a scrip to your designated pharmacy. Very good choice over Urgent Care which is now $200.00 upfront.
