A lot of background noise on the providers end. Had a hard time hearing them. He also didn't say what my diagnosis was so I had to wait for my paperwork to be finished. Wait time was great as it was only a few minutes and overall I would still use MDLive again.

Everything happened so quickly and and the Dr was straight to the point but friendly and didn't make me feel inferior or unimportant. It was an awesome experience for me. Thank you so much.

This service is Excellent I love how quick it is and that you can request to have the same doctor. Every person should have MD Live

I wouldn’t even give MDLIVE a 1 star rating but I had to click at least that in order to be able to write this review. After telling me before I paid the $49 co-pay for my son to be seen by a provider that they could provide a school excuse last Thursday they failed to do so and now tell me my insurance doesn’t allow them to provide a school excuse!! I am highly upset and no one there will help me!! Stay away from this company they are phoney & will Lie about anything just to make a dollar.

Dr Northcote was excellent, attentive and a great listener, which, for me, is the most important quality to have in a doctor. He made sure to address each concern I had without glossing over seemingly small details that were important to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the easy facilitation of online doctor visits and I will definitely be utilizing MD Live in the future.

I was able to get an appointment within 10 minutes of filling out the required information. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable, and my prescription was called in immediately. I will use MDLive any time I can from now on!
