Excellent online portal access and appointment setting process. Received a call back from a physician within 15 minutes. I was properly assessed, diagnosed, and prescribed. The meds were sent directly to my pharmacy for my convenience. I literally left my office, picked up my prescription, and was home in bed to rest and recover within an hour. Note: When I called my PCPs office earlier that day I was told because of my congestion symptoms I would have to visit their curbside tent and be seen from my car by their NP. She would then determine if I needed to make an appt for an in-office visit. This was not ok with me, especially because I have been fully vaccinated since mid-March. I don’t have the time to make two visits to the doctor. Therefore, if it weren’t for MDLive my diagnosis of a sinus infection and the immediate treatment to relieve the chronic pain and symptoms would have been unreasonably delayed. So glad you are here and partner with only the best physicians.

This was such a painless experience and so convenient. My only regret is that I didn't sign up sooner!! Huge shout out to the representative that walked me through the enrollment. She was amazing!! The time frame in which the physician reached out to me was also extraordinary!! Thank you to all who contributed to my wonderful first time experience with MDLIVE.l
