Dr. Kaplan is wonderful. He listened. He double-checked my information. He made sure there would be no medication interactions. He even gave a couple of tips to reduce the possibility of the situation happening again. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The MDLIVE site was easy to understand and the account set-up process was not too difficult to navigate. I highly recommend this site and Dr. Kaplan. Excellent care and service. Hardly any wait time. So much better than a trip to the doctors office which takes several hours. I highly recommend MDLive.

She listened to my issue and was very informative. I like that in a doctor. She was nice and helpful. I will definitely use MDLive again because unfortunately I have female issues alot and get UTI's often. It was great because I work two jobs and no time to get to the doctor till a color days later but was suffering at that point.

This was my first time calling MDLIVE. We live in a small town where getting to see a Doctor can take some time. I was so happy with MDLIVE, everyone was so helpful and courteous. Moved to a new state and had to wait quite a while for an appointment as a new patient. Needed a maintenance medication refill. Went online, scheduled an appointment for MDLIVE the same morning. Spoke with doctor and he called in my refill. Did not have to miss one day of medication.
