Excellent service and very quick!

The experience was good.

I was having trouble logging into my account. The customer service representative was so very patient and helpful going the extra mile to resolve the problem. She then set up the appointment for me and instructed me in what would take place once it was submitted. She stayed on the phone with me to walk me through the steps until the process was completed. She turned a frustrating situation around with resolution and instruction. MDLIVE Dr's response was within 15 minutes and the Dr. was very thorough asking questions and offering several options to consider. He encouraged me to follow-up with my primary doctor is my condition changed or worsened. I am so very thankful for this service.

I really liked the Dr I spoke with, however she said she was going to call in an Rx to my Pharmacy but she never did. So I felt like my visit ended up being a waste of time. Especially since I also drove to my Pharmacy 30 miles away to attempt to pick up said Rx and was told there was never one sent. I ended up doing research and finding OTC medications to treat my symptoms on my own. So at least I had a probable diagnosis but had I had an Rx I could have recovered much quicker.

Due to your policies, my condition was not taken care of. I had a UTI and my infection was resistant to the antibiotic I was prescribed so I did not get better. When I came back to seek another prescription I was told that your policy was to only prescribe an initial antibiotic and therefore I had to go to another online provider to actually get cured.

Had an awful upper respiratory thing and this was a great solution

Great doctor. Fast response! This kind of business model should have been promoted since 2010, even well before pandemic.

I like to be able to contact a Dr. online for minor problems and it is so quick and convenient.
