I was truly impressed with MDLIVE because the process was super easy and medically helpful. I was able to easily contact them and provide the basic info to the intake person over the phone. They walked me through sending a picture of my child's throat and promised a return call shortly. The doctor called me as promised, she gathered lots of information and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and confident in her diagnosis. Each person I spoke with expressed concern for the patient and wished her well with getting better which made me feel as if they truly cared. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because of my own hesitancy with believing that a picture was enough to possibly rule out other issues. Otherwise, I would totally recommend MDLIVE when a physical trip to your doctor is not possible.

My experience with MDLive was great. The wait time was quick, the consultation was professional and caring, and the result was helpful.

The doctor listened and asked a lot of questions. She was sympathetic and understanding and explained what she thought was going on with me. She was extremely helpful.

My 11-month old was sick and I was supposed to get a call back at night (past 11:00) but didn't. I called back to get the first available pediatrician but they never called back. MDLive is marketed as a 24/7 service. It is not. I recommend people use urgent care, their doctor, or the ER.

Doctor was extremely helpful in my time of need as my primary passed away unexpectedly. He put put prescriptions through for me so now I have a little more time to get another doctor.
