I used the MDLIVE app on an iPhone. My call came shortly after I started and the doctor asked questions to help determine the best diagnosis and treatment for my issue. I was satisfied with the help I received and I will definitely use the app again.

The schedulers were kind and helpful, the doctors were awful. We are on vacation in FL, 14 hours from our home. Our daughters had sinus infections. It was 100% a sinus infection...not a cold, not CoVid, not allergy...a sinus infection. MDLIVE was created for this situation-families far from home needing simple medical care. Bacterium, Amoxicillin-something basic. They would NOT treat even though the girls met the standard of care. We spent our vacation sick. Urgent cares would not treat without a negative CoVid test and none here had a rapid test. Finally we found solve but it took days and guess what the diagnosis was...severe sinus infection. Basic meds were prescribed. Glad to finally get some help for my sick kids but seriously, it would have been a much better vacation if MDLIVE doctors would have handled the most basic of cases. Pitiful. I am very disappointed in their lack of care.

The doctor really listened to my concerns, she treated my symptoms accurately, she was knowledgeable with my diagnosis and also suggested aftercare and how to maintain treatment.

I haven't used the MD Live system in a year or two. It worked like a charm. I hate to take unnecessary medicine, but knew it was time to call. The doctor called back within 10 minutes, heard the symptoms, asked a few more clarifying questions and sent in a script. I had the medicine in hand in the next hour and on the road to recovery.
