Got on line and logged in. I answered a few questions and got a text immediately that they received it. 30 seconds later got another text assigning it to a doctor on call and within a minute I received a call from them. I answered some questions and within 10 minutes consultation I was off to the pharmacy to get my prescription. This is the best thing ever! No more urgent care.

The MDLIVE site is what I am giving the 1 star to. I have been trying to schedule a visit with the therapist since Thursday May 27th and I still haven’t figured out where in the website to do that. It’s not an emergency so I didn’t call the hotline…how do you work the dang website??? Now the therapist, I give 10 stars. Well the most you have is 5. John Burkin is wonderful! I enjoyed speaking with him and look forward to my future visits (IF) I can figure out how to schedule a follow up with him.

Therapist was funny and refreshingly open, sharing personal details to quickly build rapport.

It was wonderful. No sitting in doctor office. No leaving work. Very nice doctor.

I was traveling out of state and was over a thousand miles away from my doctor and pharmacy. Was able to speak with a doctor, share photos, and get an RX within 40 minutes. Super impressed!
