This is a convenient service and I'm so grateful to my employer for offering MD Live as an option for healthcare. I've always wanted to try therapy but found it difficult to fit in to my schedule. I have high hopes for success moving forward because MD Live makes it easy!

Only waited a few minutes. Doctor was very helpful. Explained everything thorouhly and was very reasurring. Saved me the cost and visit to Urgent Care. Excellent experience.

Happy with service: doctor called me within 10 minutes and knew right away the problem and I had, and I was able to get medicine prescribed right away. It saved me a trip from having find an in-person doctor since my regular doctor was not able to call me back for some reason.

I never received my medication that the doctor prescribed. I went and called CVS and medication had not been called or send in.
