We were in McAlister's in Gainesville last night and were very disappointed. I ordered the Pecanberry salad and was really disappointed. The strawberries in the salad were over ripe (rotten) and there were no pecans on the salad (hence Pecanberry salad). There were three of the lettuce centers in the salad. The other order was for the chef salad and that salad was almost all spinach. Then to top that disappointment off, we wanted a refill on out tea and we were told they were out of sweet tea and we would have to wait 10 minutes for it to be made. For the amount we paid for our two meals we should have had better food. Not really sure I will be back anytime soon. The service is definitely not what it used to be.

Again, Loren and Asia made the experience at McAlister's enjoyable. Their attitude and interest in providing customer service is outstanding. They are exceptional employees.

I went to the Mcalisters in canton ohio, on dressler, Not only was my pick up order ready on time, I got professional courteous service!!!Not to mention the food was phenomenal

We ordered frrom McAlister's in Conway, South Carolina, food arrived in take out boxes, sandwiches were good. So we decided to order from them again at my home in Fayetteville, NC. The sandwiches arrived, we were not pleased. Basically we had to REBUILD our sandwiches are selves. Were NOT ordering from McAlister's in Fayetteville, NC EVER again. Very Disappointed, look like someone just threw it together in the take out carton. Your supposed to get a FREE pickle, WE did NOT get that either.
