I went to the Valpo IN location at 11:15AM. Since there were several other people ahead of me I used the app to place my order. It said my order would be ready at 11:45. I went to the counter and let them know I was already in the store. I asked that they check on my order. They gave me my drink and then I sat down with my sister, who ordered at the counter, within minutes her order came out then another persons order came out. This went on several more times. Now it was 11:34 and when I asked for my money back the crew member asked me what time did it say in my order. I told her 11:45. She said then I had to wait 10 more minutes. I told her I checked in at the counter when I arrived. She informed me that the orders from the app take a much longer time to complete. She said it doesn’t show up on the screen until 15 minutes before the time given on the app. I didn’t get my money back. And all of the sudden my order appeared on the counter. If what she told me is true then I blame the software program. If it’s not true I blame the store personnel. Either way… don’t think I’ll Be going back to that store.

We went to the deli in Rome Ga. Every table had food trash, no booths or table were available to sit down. After 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask for someone to clean a table. Mind you the woman wasn't waiting on other customers. The condiment counter was filthy, no napkins etc. My sister went to the restroom to get a damp paper towel to wipe the table because the woman who left water on the booths. Another employee came out of the stall and didn't wash her hands. Needless to say we left without eating there. What a disgusting place 😒

Got sick of the sallad and the guy who served us was not so nice

Someone should explain to McAllisters what a deli actually is. I could buy a pig, raise a pig, butcher a pig, fry up the bacon and create a BLT in half the time it takes them to make it. A two hour lunch break and still got back to work late. And not they were not slammed. They were not very busy for lunchtime on a Friday. And no I wasn’t far away. There were 12 people waiting for carry out orders and all the people at tables were complaining. Looked like they had one cashier/food runner and one person in the kitchen.

Received incorrect order of sandwich with dried out roast beef, skimpy slice of turkey and soggy tomatoes. Received Memphian instead of New Yorker. Employee behind the pass-through window with no hair restraint eating and drinking. While it was a disappointing experience, the wild crows seemed to have enjoyed the Memphian sandwich I gave them. Never again Hot Springs, AR location.
