Mitchell was quick to respond to my concern about not getting the activation email. We traded ideas on how to solve. He kept an open mind about it as we worked on fixes. Really appreciate that. Sometimes key details are not always provided among other company’s support but Mitchell made sure I had what was needed. Thanks for that.

Everyone has been wonderful! Very helpful and knowledgeable. They went with a smooth up-sale and convinced me to really take a look at it. The course work is well worth the cost.

Mitch was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Mitch was very personable and did not make me feel as if I was chatting with an AI bot like 99% of other company's chat agents do!
