As a retired chief of police, I was looking to get back into work in the private sector. Although I had extensive training in the past on a wide variety of topics during my career, I wanted to ensure I had the latest training and information available prior to taking a corporate security manager/director position. I found the McAfee Institute filled those needs perfectly. I studied at my own pace, downloaded all of the material which I often refer to as time progressed. I found the course I took invaluable to my needs.

My experience with McAfee has been very good, I have completed a number of the offered certifications of which are proving to be of great value to me as an investigator with a NY State agency.

The course was incredibly comprehensive. The level of detail went far beyond what I expected...in a very good way. As a security professional and investigator for over 20 years I can say that there was so much I didn't know. I'll be a better investigator and leader as a result. The course consists of a great deal of video and reading assignment, which helped to break it up. While some may know some of the content, it's unlikely that you will take this course and not learn a great deal of new techniques and best practices. Worth every penny.
