I needed a bumper for my truck and MB Gram advertised 10% off with a code. Except when you actually checkout the code doesn't work. I ordered anyway because of free shipping. After payment I contacted them to enquire the shipping time and was told "item will ship in 1-2 weeks. 15 days go by and I inquire again to be told my item is in shipping dept and will ship by the end of the next week. I wait till Monday after that week and was told "hang on while I get that tracking number for you." Expect after 6 hours they never got back to me. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money only to be ignored again. So I threaten a charge back and immediately get a cancelation notice that says once accounting authorizes the charge back I'll receive my money in 7-10 days! In 2023 I could get an organ transplant in that amount of time ffs!

i got the parts i wanted, definitely was anxious for them. i didn’t get them in time but i definitely received them later on & was satisfied.

The product was as expected, and packaged well. It did take 2 months to receive the item. Multiple attempts to contact the home office only to hear that due to the pandemic, staffing wasn't available to take calls, even though the hours of operation were posted. I emailed and got the same canned response every time. Only when I requested my 250.00 back did I get a different reply and a message that my order was being traced. It would have been different if from the start it was made known that the item could take several months to arrive. Item rating 5, customer service, 2.

The parts I ordered were luckily in stock and delivered faster than expected. Danny, a client adviser went above and beyond by ensuring all my needs/expectations were delivered. Truly, I can’t recommend their team enough. So, thank you Danny, and thank you mbenzgram!

No product update and shipping took longer than normal. I had to call in to get an update and they said they'd ship it immediately.

Never send the order and kept telling me it will ship next week for a month. Then cancelled it and now over 12 days and still have not received my money back. Will never buy anything from here again. They have of course also stopped answering my emails.

Ordered a skunk2 exhaust that said it was in stock got confirmation but never got any information on a delivery date or anything so I emailed them to ask when I might expect it was told that it would ship the very next week but took almost 4 weeks to ship.
