Worst taxes services ever!! They never respond! My books were always behind, managers never available!! Horrible services to manage your business !! Never again!!

Not very user friendly. Expensive rates.

They used to be great but as of late they are slow to answer my emails and will not get back to me about my taxes. The due date is in 4 days. I'm very frustrated!

My boss filed his LLC with Incfile.com, and included in the price was a free consultation from a tax consultant. The tax consultant called as scheduled, they identified themselves from Mazuma USA, they did not give any advice on taxes or any tips, this was a sales call and they wanted us to pay with a credit card right then, and if we did not pay we were going to miss out on a free month and a supposed $90 per month fee instead of $120. When we told them that first want to check out the company and did not want to make a decision at the time they were not pleased and said goodbye. At the beginning they did say that the call was being recorded for quality assurance therefore the sales call should be on file. My boss did not appreciate that incfile would give his information to pushy sales people of that kind and to be misled that this would be a business tax informative call when it turned out it was the complete opposite. Incfile should be aware of who they have associated themselves to with.

Bad Actors. If you could, run away. They try to set you up with these kinds of companies after you register your brand new company. Don't fall for it. They aggressively tried to swindle me the very first phone conversation, and when i prodded further, and asked them more information, they had said that they would call back but never did. Instead they ran away like chickens to scam the next person.

Won't stop Calling. Mazuma received my info from a third-party source before I could opt-out. Now, after telling them I'm not interested they (Ruth A) still keeps contacting me. This is simply harrassment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My advice, choose a local bookkeeper/acct firm in your community.

I registered an LLC online with Incfile. Apparently they have collaboration with Mazuma which means they will offer an hour of "tax advice" for free. According to Incfile you can schedule this session yourself, but in fact Mazuma call you ALL THE TIME to nag for the scheduling of this, and they wont take no for an answer. It has become a huge nuisance.

Been using them for 2 years, Year 1 was clean and fast for bookkeeping and taxes. However once 2020 hit they no longer want to autofill or really do anything. I've had to do 95% of my own paperwork which would be find if they didn't cost me monthly fee. If you want to pay $1000+ a year for 20 minutes of work on their part go for it. I rather not pay them $20 a minute for work that I mostly did myself
