Great customer service
Placed the order of a SD card and was informed the label was created. But nothing charged for three days. Sent a brief response asking about the status. Received a response within hours apologizing and the $5.99 shipping cost refunded immediately. The original delivery date was Nov 22, but with all that transpired I received the SD card on Nov 23. Installed the SD card which activated the Nav system on the vehicle. Great customer service.

Customer Service at its finest!
I was excited to order a SD Navigation card for my new CX 5 and so glad I found MazNavStore instead of buying one from Mazda for much more money! I was having a little problem with the initial one sent but as soon as I contacted Sam he sent a replacement and all works beautifully! This is customer service as it should be and I am happy to recommend this company.
