i specifically asked if the card i was purchasing was compatible to my cx-5, 2018, Mazda. The response was yes. i ordered the card and it appears not compatible. I am not opposed to returning this card to you and replacing it with another card but have no idea what to re-order.

The card was not fully compatible with our new CX-5. Very difficult to use. Not easy to find locations. Was a waste of my money. I should report you to the NJ Consumer Protection Bureau so that you do not harm other consumers.

I placed an order and then found out that the dealer installed disk was not installed correctly. With in an hour I contacted the seller to cancel the order. I originally ordered the wrong card, got a quick response, and the "correct" one was shipped. It did not work either. I followed the directions, ignition off, card unlocked, insert card, start car. Nothing. So I went to the dealership, shelled out the $400, put the card they sold me in and it worked great. I feel like I paid a $90 fool's tax.

The maps were copyrighted 2005 and when I tried to update them with the Mazda tool they were rejected with the message that the SD card was counterfeit.

I had problems getting started until I realized I was sold an out of date card! Disappointed also in the lack of any instructions included with the card. Please send another with the current updates.
