My experience with the company was very positive even though it turns out my SD didn't work and no SD was available for my 2024 Mazda CX -5. After initially determining the 1st SD didn't work I returned it free of charge for a 2nd one. The 2nd SD didn't work either. The company explained they found on further investigation that the SD was not usable in my car and they didn't have one that did. They immediately refunded my money.

Got this for my 2023 cx 5 turbo and it is perfect. Install is in the center console. Takes a slight moment for the car to register it. After that you get all the features of the navigation including sign recognition.
