Did not work with my car and ran out of…
Did not work with my car and ran out of time to return. waste of money and time. save it and go get apple car play from the dealership for a similar price.

I ended up having to order a second SD…
I ended up having to order a second SD card for the same vehicle. The first one was lost by our local post office. When I ordered the second one I specifically paid extra for 3 day air via UPS. It took over a week for the card to arrive. At least the card works, but if you are giving the option for fast service with a fee, than honor that commitment.

The navigation sim card was not compatible. Did have to request refund.

Corrupted SD Card
Purchased an SD card for a GM product. GM says that the card is corrupt and it did not fix my navigation problem. I now have to buy theirs direct for $469.
