Ordering process was easy of course,
Ordering process was easy of course,. But The product didnt work and customer service refused to provide support. In this time, this company does not have a phone number to call for support. The 1800 phone listed was a non working phone. You'd hope for people to send you email to get support. I would think 100 times before buying from this site.

Outdated in Texas
The maps are outdated. My house which was built in 2014 does not show up! That's over 10 years!

Don't purchase the navigation upgrade
The map upgrade did not come with directions so I did my best trying to figure out how to install it. The upgrade card did not work and it killed the navigation system in my car.

Card does not go into the slot despite being put in correctly. No other option offered! I need instructions on how to get a refund.

Order Sept 3
Order Sept 3. It's Sept 17 and still haven't received. After 2 attempts to contact, Sam responded and said the package was lost and he will send another. Haven't received new tracking. Wanting to love the product, but not arriving.
