The item I ordered is backordered and have yet to get an update on when it will be shipped.

The shampoo was frozen and separated. I hope it will thaw in the summer.

You would get a better review if you provided tracking information with every order. Your prices and customer service are great, but I hate ordering from you and needing to guess when shipments will arrive.

did not like the size of the things I ordered and for the size the product is very overpriced.

I placed an order for soap and linen and It was billed immediately to my credit card. In less than a week the soap bars arrived but no linen. I did receive call from customer service letting me know that the linen would be back ordered and might take two weeks to fill. I said that was fine. 2 weeks came and went and still no linen. I called again, and the customer rep said she would look into and get back to me......she did not. A week later I called again, spoke with another rep, who also promised to look into it and I suggested she e-mail with whatever news she found. That didn't happen either., but within a few days half of the linen was delivered and 2 days later the other half arrived to complete the order. The price for the total order was about 10% less than than other suppliers I have used. So I will probably order again from Mayfair altho my other suppliers typically do not charge until the order is shipped.

Decent price. Decent materials. The time it took to get them was a bit long. Three weeks to get the towels i think was too long. Other than that it was all good.
