Still haven’t received my order that was placed the first part of July. I called the number listed last week and spoke to two different people. The last lady I spoke with said she would call me back when she found out what happened to my order. Still waiting and it’s August 3rd. Think I need to call my credit card company and get my money back.

It took over four weeks for my order to arrive. There was zero communication from Mayfair .....I had to call in week two to find out where my order was. I was promised the order that week, it did not arrive, again no communication from Mayfair.

Horrible horrible service I waited three weeks and NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF NOTIFICATION THST THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK. CALLED TWICE THE last phone conversation the gal said they were really busy with summer and SERVICING AIRBNB Airbnb shouldn’t even be purchasing bulk hotel products!!
