I place an order for blankets a month ago. A $1200 order to be exact. I have had no communication from Mayfair on shipment. It has been a month since I place my order. I called two weeks ago to check status and was told one shipment was going out the next day. I still haven't seen a thing, nor have I had any emails or calls from this company regarding my order status. Had I known it would have taken so long, I would have spread my order throughout Walmart, Target, and Amazon and would have had all I needed by now.

A month after ordering I get a notice the the items ordered were no longer in stock and i would not be recieving the items.

Bad communication and follow up

Poor service. That's all I have to say

First, I was contacted that one item was back ordered for over a month. Next they downgraded this item instead of upgrading, as most customer service oriented companies would. NO refund was given for the difference in the downgrade and what I paid for. Then only 2 of 9 item lines arrived and upon calling, they could not tell me where the rest of the items were or when they would arrive. They then sent me a copy of my order with tracking numbers attached to each item, after I called them repeatedly looking for answers. Not only were the tracking numbers inaccurate but I still have not received all items and it has been over a month. They receive one star from me since this was my first time ordering with them and the entire process has been a mess and a joke. I assume this is a middle man company that doesn’t actually stock anything nor handles any portion of the transaction except collecting money. I hope to find a better service for my next order that is hands on and dependable.

The product sizes were not clear. I have a whole case of soaps shampoo and lotumion that are unusable.

Placed an order 7 Oct 2018, and and today is 4 Nov 2018, I have now received my order or heard from them, will not be ordering again, very displeased. Linda

Order 25405 Item TOM910361101 was not acceptable. Very thin towel. Spoke with Lauren about returning and she was to have someone call back. Called a second time and left message for manager to call back. No one has contacted us.
